Absolutely Hectic. That day, the night before, the week before, the month before. As much fun as the day was I regret planning out such a huge event for a 16th. I believe getting everyone to RSVP for the event was a more hassle than actually hiring and booking out the inflatables. I had so many people help out on the day props to Jenny for being the money collector and spiritual support, Raumond for creating stories to persuade everyone to RSVP , Henry for coming early to fry wedges , Vinhmazza for buying groceries 2 minutes before the party and pretty much everyone for showing on time while I was late again for my own party. For those who haven't seen it Raymond's beautiful inspiring story, its a long one and it took him less than 5 minutes to write that.
"16 years ago, there was a young girl who lived in Vietnam. Life in Vietnam wasn't pleasant for this girl, there was something missing - something that she felt had been separated from her since her birth. She wandered the streets growing up, feeling disconnected from society, her heart sank every time she saw a smile on someone else's face.
"Why don't I ever smile?" She asked herself.
"What's happiness?" She asked herself again.
There was only so much that the heart of a young Vietnamese girl could take, the pain residue within her heart began to overflow out the seems, and the framework of her heart began to crack.
She ran away from everything, to a port side near town facing the ocean. She inhaled deeply and the smell of the sea was invigorating. She looked across and there was a hobo taking a dump near where the boats were docked. She directed and fixed her gaze outwards over the horizon. She knew there was world out there for her, something that she could call her's.
Without a second thought, she ferociously pulled down the door at a nearby house and threw it with vigilant force onto the cold, unforgiving ocean. She steadied herself at the edge of the port side and made a leap to the floating door. She landed with a resounding stutter, nearly losing her balance and nearly becoming victim to the icy cold water of the ocean.
She lay on that wooden door, night after night, awake and conscious through her never-ending nights. The bobbing motion in which the ocean carried her manifested into her dreams and unlocked the deepest lock within her. As she closed her eyes and felt the motions lifting her up on down, she saw it.
A majestic castle, with colors of the rainbow smeared across it. The castle was filled with air, and all around her she saw her friends, jumping up and down it. This was the key to what she was born for, what she lived for, and what she was missing for 16 years of existence in this lonesome world. She wanted friends and a jumping castle.
As the wooden door finally touched land and she awoke from her slumber she arrived at Australia. Help the poor girl who came from Vietnam on a wooden door live her dream just once. RSVP this event so that she can roam through her jumping castle like the queen she is.
RSVP NOW FUCKERS"

Jenny came over to help bake at 9pm, we didn't finish until 4am in the morning the day of the party so we slept in resulting in the morning to be a whole lot of running, sweat , blood and tears attempting to try to perfect every little detail for the event. Hayden was nice enough to keep us company through a skype call all night however he was more of a bother to me because Jenny just ended up talking to him the whole night leaving me to do all the work :( Those 2D cake pop things took 2 hours to do just because smothering it with white chocolate was not the easiest as well as letting the white chocolate to settle and dry. Not only that but also the base is an Orea cut in half and splitting those suckers up were just frustrating. 1 in 3 would break into pieces so I just ended up using them to decorate the cupcakes. I didn't have enough time to get ready so only half of my hair was curled and all my makeup was pretty much sweated off from all the running to the party venue from my house.
There's no party without a good pass the parcel with dares and presents :) One of the many was to dance to gangnam style with the infamous pink g-string from my birthday 2 years ago , another was to lap dance the person on your right , wear a dress for 2 hours , get make up done by someone who is blind folded, smell someone's foot blind folded, cinnamon challenge etc. It was good fun but the presents I bought was pretty deece so it evened everything out. There was fairy wings, a cute disney wind up toy, bubbles, gum ball machine, fairyfloss that turned into gum, swords etc. To be honest I actually wasted too much money on pass the parcel because half the prizes got left on the table and everyone would just leave out of cowardness as soon as they feel a dare is coming up.

In the middle of my own party I got abducted by a group of friends. I was in the middle of trying on the sumo suits which was super drenched with sweat and then all of a sudden my helmet fell down, it went black and my feet stopped touching the ground. When I realized I was in mid air I panicked so much, my dress was riding up to my stomach thank god know one saw cause I was in the sumo suit. The picture in my head of getting thrown up and down while a bunch of boys were screaming in my ear was supposed to be an awesome top bitch of the world feeling but that was totally different from what I actually felt. Traumatized and Sweaty. I forgot to mention after my mini mexican Al Paso Taco Ad remake they just left me back on the mat and all walked off like none of this ever happened. Almost the same sensation as getting raped.

Overall it was a good day the main attractions hired out was the princess jumping castle, inflatable boxing ring , sumo suits and the fairy floss machine. I actually took home the remaining fairy floss sugar and sticks and have no use for them they are just sitting in my room in a dodgy plastic bag. I had about 50 people come and celebrate I just realized today I was never sung happy birthday too only from Monica and Jenny at a skype call at 12am on my birthday, thanks x.
Also my god was everyone's birthday present mighty fine, all the presents were actually so perfect. I didn't take any photo's cause it never occurred to me but I loved everyone's presents so much. Thank you for all the thoughtful gifts.
Next Year it's going to be so low down, I have no idea how I am ever going to top this and make it bigger and better. Shut down clem 7 and have a rave party, definitely.
